We are an official CrossFit affiliate offering really great traditional style CrossFit! Our classes are small, ensuring ample personal attention. We recommend at least 3 days a week with a maximum of 6 days a week. There are several class times to choose from M-Saturday providing flexibility for any schedule.

Nutrition
While our staff is very knowledgeable regarding nutrition and we are always happy to assist and answer questions, we don’t force our ideas or beliefs on our members. We can offer guidance regarding multiple nutrition strategies whether for weight loss, health, or both when the time is right for you.

Results
Combining the CrossFit methodology of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weight lifting, and proper nutrition our members find it easier to lose weight and even easier to maintain! You will build muscle, strength, endurance, and functionality.
