When did you start CrossFit and why? Started a year ago and it was because of Brennan. He was getting results and I was still a pudgy mess and going to LA Fitness for 2hrs a day for 5 days week.
What are your short and long term goals with CrossFit? Short time goal is to be able to do Dips without assistance. Long Term would like to perform in a competition in the top 5…ok top 3.
Tell us your most memorable experience at CFWV? My first pull-up! I worked so hard and watched too many videos and then all of a sudden pull-up glory!
Tell us all something we didn’t know about yourself. I used to be 160lbs way before Crossfit but it is a constant battle that I am winning
Any final comments for the members and or staff at CFWV? Members don’t give up on yourself. Staff keep pushing us because sometimes our minds get in the way.
