There are 10 attributes of fitness described by CrossFit, they are: strength, agility, flexibility, power, speed, stamina, accuracy, balance, endurance, and coordination. We develop all 10 these areas by using functional movements that are constantly varied and performed at high intensity. What this means is we combine weight lifting, cardiovascular endurance, body weight exercises, flexibility, and mobility to offer a comprehensive fitness program to help you reach your personal goals in one hour a day.
We love lifting weights at CFWV, and we do a good amount of strength work, but we keep this balanced with fast and effective metabolic conditioning.
Our classes are small, which means you won’t get lost in the crowd. Every class is coached by a skilled and experienced Level 1 certified CrossFit instructor. CrossFit produces results, and because you will rarely repeat a workout, it never gets boring! No more wondering around the gym trying to decide what you need to do, just show up and do the WOD (workout of the day).
When new to our program, you will have close, personal attention and instruction. Your safety is first, and we go to great lengths to ensure it. The great thing about CrossFit is it can be scaled to meet any ability, from the first-timer to the seasoned athlete.
